Description

Students practice adding integers with this partner game!

Roll 2 dice. Find the sum. Color part of the picture containing the answer. The first person to color their picture wins!

There are 5 pictures to choose from!

*No prep - well, except for gathering up a few dice and markers

*ENGAGING!

For students that have a hard time with integers, tell them to compare the dots on the dots on the dice.

Examples:

-4 + 6 --> There are 2 more dots on the positive die, so the answer is positive 2.

-5 + 1 --> There are 4 more dots on the negative die, so the answer is negative 4.
