In need of more single-digit addition equations for your students to practice solving? This PowerPoint Activity is for you!
Included in this product are 100 equations adding two single-digit numbers.
Each slide is animated so that you or your students don't have to do any clicking! Once the expression is shown, students will have 8 - 10 seconds to find the sum before the answer is revealed.
Use this in a variety of ways:
- Play in the morning during bell-work
- Play during lunch for students eating in the classroom
- Transitioning from one subject to another
- If your schedule is weird and you have an odd 5 - 10 minutes of time that needs filling between a subject or specials/elective class, lunch, or dismissal.
- Play as a review game for knowing from memory the addition facts up to 20 (grade 2)
- Individual math center for social distancing in the classroom
- Students can practice at home in place of using flashcards.
