Description

These fun coloring by number activity worksheets lets students add 2-digit numbers with multiples of ten (10, 20, 30...) within 100. Choose between two options: one with color matching visuals (great for ESOL students) and one without. A colored answer sheet is also included for students to check work! Used for students/children in elementary school and preschool math classroom: pre-k, kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade. Can be used as a homework, classwork, or warm up activity with the addition worksheets [CCSS.1.NBT.C.4].

Aligned with the Common Core State Standard 1.NBT.C.4 "Add within 100, including adding a two-digit number and a one-digit number, and adding a two-digit number and a multiple of 10, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method and explain the reasoning used. Understand that in adding two-digit numbers, one adds tens and tens, ones and ones; and sometimes it is necessary to compose a ten."
