This is a helpful visual that I use with my students when introducing addition and subtraction of positive and negative numbers.
Of all the "cheat sheets" I've found, the chart I've drawn up seems to work the best in my classroom. I find that having the students complete the chart really helps them to get the concept down and remember the steps.
