Teaching Common Core? Teaching without the traditional algorithm? This has everything you might need to teach common core standards 2.OA.1, 2.NBT.5 and 2.NBT.7. Common core encourages students to explore ways to solve problems without the traditional algorithm. This pack has 4 addition strategies and 2 subtraction strategies to teach your students. There are very clear letters to inform the parents of these new strategies. There are also posters to use as visuals for your students and MANY practice pages with word problems too! Also included are formative and summative assessment pages AND a fun center activity!! Over 80 pages!!
