Description
This math sort can be used as a center or a "when I am finished" activity to provide extra practice. Kids love playing this math game!
Pick a target number and write it in the boxes. I have included boxes with words (greater than, less than, equal to) and boxes with symbols ( >, <, = ). The kids will then sort the cards with math expressions or numbers accordingly.
For younger grades working on number sense, the kids can sort out just the numbers. For older grades, the kids can sort out the expressions after figuring them out.
Print the sorting pile pages and laminate so you can change the target number. Print the cards front-to-back on cardstock. The cards have the expression on one side and the answer on the other, making it self-correcting.
Two sets of sorting pile pages and 80 cards included!!!
Check out my other games and fun activities as well as my helpful Special Education documents. I have organization tools, behavior plans, and much more!
