How To Use:
Number Recognition Game
- Students will draw a card. They will put that number of mini erasers in their ten frame. Then they will write the number in the box.
Addition to 10 Game
- Choose two cards. Build it with mini erasers in your ten frame. Write the equation and solve.
- Or just use the addition task card set and choose an equation to build.
Subtraction to 10 Game
- Choose two cards. Use the bigger number and build it in your ten frame. Take away manipuatives and subtract the smaller amount. Write the equation and solve.
- Or just use the subtraction task card set and choose an equation to build.
Missing Addend for Numbers 5-10 Games
- Choose one card. Write that in the first box and build it in your ten frame. Count on using another color manipulative until you find the missing addend. Finish writing your equation and solve.
One More/One Less
- Students will draw a card. They will build it. Then they will either add one more or take one away from what they built in their ten frame. They write write a matching equation.
Teen Number Center
- Students will grab a card (a set for numbers 1-10). They will start with building 10. Then add the extra amount of what number is on their card. Then they will write their equation.
