This worksheet allows for students to show their work in their own unique way while showing the number sentence with the correct operation in the middle. For the higher students, as a challenge, they can write a sentence to discuss how they found their answer or to write out their answer.

It can be differentiated based on your students by...
Above/High Level: choose their own numbers
On/Middle Level: filling in 1 of the numbers and letting the students make up the second number and find the answer
Below/Low Level: filling in both numbers while letting the students find the answer for the group that needs extra support
