This subtraction and addition word problem deck includes 31 task cards! The task cards are broken down into 5 types of problems all focusing on adding and subtracting up to 3 numbers to the 99,000.

• Type 1: Fill in the blank questions where your students use both addition and subtraction and fill in the blank with their answer.

• Type 2: Multiple choice questions where your students must use addition and subtraction and choose the correct multiple choice answer.

• Type 3: Students show their work when completing addition and subtraction.

• Type 4: Two-step problems where your students compare the numbers in a table and choose the greatest or least numbers (depending on what the questions ask) and then add those numbers from the table. Lastly, they fill in the blank with their answer.

• Type 5: Subtraction problems where your students compare the numbers in a table and choose the two numbers that make the difference asked for.
