Description

Are you looking for a way to have students practice finding the unknowns in addition problems? With these task cards they will be able to work independently to show what they have learned when determining the unknown in an addition equation when it can be an addend or sum that is missing. (This set is included in the 3rd Grade Math Task Card Bundle for a great way to get more sets and save money.)

Easy, low prep set up! Just print, cut, and laminate for longer lasting cards.

This set of Math Task Cards- Addition with Unknowns includes:

10 total slides...

  • Cover page (Use as a Label for your station folder/box)
  • 24 task cards
  • 1 Recording Sheet
  • 1 Answer Key

Ways to use Task Cards:

  • Place them on desks around the room and have 1 student per card. Students can move at their own pace or you can give them a certain amount of time and tell students when to move.
  • Tape task cards on the walls around the room. Students can travel with a clipboard around the room at their own pace.
