Description

Please note that this is a PDF resource.

Engage your students with these simple descriptions of colorful alebrijes. Students will experience repetition of basic Spanish vocabulary terms including colors, numbers, and body parts. Students will read through four possible descriptions for each of 16 different alebrijes and choose the correct one.

This product has several uses within the classroom:

  • Project one slide per day for three weeks of bellringer activities!
  • Use as a whole class activity, projecting images and then talking through each description & deciding which description is accurate.
  • Use as a formative assessment by projecting the images while students write their answers (A-D) on a piece of paper & then check answers as a class.
  • Print (in color) and use as a gallery walk activity where students cycle through the images and choose the correct description. This can be done in pairs for large classes.

Vocabulary used in these PDFs comes directly from my Roll & Draw Your Own Alebrije resource.
