These no prep, differentiated Riddle Activities give your students an engaging way to practice Algebra 1 topics at the level they are ready for!

These resources save you the time and effort of creating additional versions of activities to meet your students' needs. It's done for you! Each topic comes with 2 versions of the activity.

You can let students self-evaluate and pick which level they work on (with the ultimate goal of being able to complete Version B) or you can select which option would be the most appropriate for each of your students.

How It Works: Students will solve the problem and match their answer to the letter code (this makes it self-checking!). Then they'll use that code to fill in the answer to the riddle.

Differentiation Options:

• Version A: Entry Level - Version A could include built-in supports, entry level content, less questions, given standard form, defined variables, etc.
• Version B: Goal Level - Students are challenged to solve independently, content is more rigorous, involves application of concepts, etc.
