This task mat activity can be used digitally or on paper. The 14 task mats include tables for students to fill in to solve algebra 1 mixture problems involving percents & money. A great way for students to practice solving these types of word problems with a more structured format.
HOW TO USE:
- Digitally: Assign the google slides and allow students to type in the text boxes to complete each problem
- On paper: Print the task mats and have students slide them into communicators (there is enough space to fill in the tables and do work with a dry erase marker!) Hang answer keys around the room so students can check their work and move at their own pace
