Description
This is an EDITABLE set of 16 task cards for an Algebra 2 math class. The task cards should be printed double-sided with the shorter side being the flipping side so that the answer key is on the back. It is suggested that they are printed on cardstock for long term use.
Using these cards, students will be able to:
- find excluded values
- simplify rational expressions
- multiply rational expressions
- divide rational expressions
In this activity, students will be guided through:
- find the excluded value of expressions (4 cards)
- simplify rational expressions (4 cards)
- multiply rational expressions (4 cards)
- divide rational expressions (4 cards)
This resource:
- can be used for a single student (can use them as just task cards), partner, or group
- when printed correctly will have the answer key on the back for self-checking
- teachers should print and cut task cards in advance and mix them up for each group
