Description

This five problem assessment helps you to quickly determine students' understanding of solving quadratics by factoring. All of these problems are in standard form (set equal to zero).

The problems include the following:

  • questions are set up as multiple choice (3 problems) and checkboxes (2 problems) for added difficulty
  • 2 problems have a GCF that must be factored out
  • answer choices that are designed to be more challenging, less obvious
  • 6 answer choices--you can delete any of the extra ones if you'd like to do so...or add more
  • set up to be auto-graded--but not released to them immediately (You can change this option if you want students to see their grade immediately by just clicking a checkbox in settings ⚙ > quizzes > release grade immediately ✅.)
  • set at 20 points total--you can change the point values for each question (completely customizable)
  • set up to shuffle so that students don't see the questions or answers in the same order

The entire Google Form is shown in the preview. Click on the green preview button above.

This Google Form is great for use as a ticket out the door (exit ticket), a formative assessment, a homework check, a shorter homework assignment, or a warm up.
