ALGEBRA FOR THINKERS!
GET READY TO CHALLENGE YOUR STUDENTS!
Two FULL worksheets of equations and missing variables your students must solve. They will NOT find these easy.
There are 20 equations plus 3 BONUS questions at the end.
Each equation has a missing variable in it that students have to figure out by studying the variable's POSITION within the equation. Most equations have MULTIPLE SAME variables to really make them think!
Many equations involve "negative" numbers.
You will be pleased with the difficulty these worksheets demand. Great chance for class discussions also.

These Powerpoints are designed as whole-class lessons getting the kids actively involved with the answers. You might like this "different" approach to your units.
