This lab uses Alka-Seltzer tablets to demonstrate how temperature and surface area affect solubility. It is already formatted for interactive science notebooks, with a booklet lab procedure for the input page and another with data tables, graph grids, and questions for the output page. The input and output booklets are designed to print front to back and are ready to hand out to your class.
