I have created this book as a way to get some cool activities in the hands of Physical Education teachers around the world. The activities that are provide are ways you can help improve the skills of your students. Please be sure they have a prior knowledge of how to perform the skills that will be used in the activities.

I know that every school is different including space, class sizes, and equipment available. Please keep your situations in mind when going through the activities. The activities are set up to be used with class sizes of 45-50. They can easily be adapted for a smaller class size.

There are many different ways to use playing cards and they can be very budget friendly. Check the local dollar stores to find some great deals on the cards. I would suggest laminating the cards to allow them to last a little bit longer.
