Description

This homework assignment is designed to help students practice how to distinguish between SSS, SAS, AAS, ASA and HL, which were all taught in previous lessons. It also introduces the theorem "linear pairs of congruent angles are congruent." The lesson (available below) focuses on analyzing the diagrams and is shorter than some because I give a quiz on this day (available for purchase with the whole unit below). The homework allows students to practice all these methods of proof.

This is designed for honors level high school Geometry. I teach the Next Generation Standards (Next Gen) for Regents Geometry in New York State, but this would apply to most states' curriculums.

If you would like to purchase the coordinating lesson (including a link to a FREE video) and answer keys along with editable versions of the lesson and homework, please click here.

If you would like to purchase my entire Unit 3 (including this lesson, the remaining lessons with features described above, a pacing guide, and two versions of the quiz and test), please click here.

If you are interested in my entire year-long course featuring 12 units of fully editable notes and homework, free videos, unit reviews, unit pacing guides, and quizzes and tests, please click here.
