Description

This Digital Alphabet set is for distance learning, virtual learning or in the classroom. These digital alphabet letter of the week teaching slides and activities are the perfect compliment to your preschool and kindergarten lessons. Students will love how interactive these google slides (in editor mode) are in teaching letter formation, identification (capital and lowercase), and the phonic sounds. You can assign individual slides or the whole file for distance learning (can be used in SeeSaw), or use a few a day for whole group carpet time or morning meeting time. There are 14-16 slides per letter for a total of 430+ slides. I have included several slides that I consider more "flash card or reference poster style" that will allow great discussion of the letter formation, letter phonics sound etc. I have a link to a fun youtube video for each letter to introduce the lessons. If you want to switch it out, I have simple directions for you. *This will work in powerpoint if you can download from your google drive.

This is a great resource. I like that you can assign one letter to students at a time. It works great for in person instruction using as a center on Google classroom, and also came in handy during distance learning. Sometimes my students had difficulty moving the pieces correctly. I think this was due to lack of computer skill/use on their part. Overall a good resource.
