Provide students with engaging, fun alphabet letter practice with this ocean, summer-themed digital Boom Cards deck that is self-checking with sound.
This low prep set of digital task cards helps your students become fluent with matching uppercase & lowercase letters / phonics which are crucial for early literacy. Perfect for distance learning, centers, independent practice, & preventing the summer slide.
Students look at the picture (or click the sound button to hear the name of the picture) and the lowercase letter on each of the submarines, then drag the matching uppercase letter to the center of the submarine.
The cards are self-checking. If students choose the correct letter, a correct “ding” sound will be heard, the letter will be circled in green, and students will be automatically taken to the next card in the deck.
If students choose an incorrect letter, an “oops” sound will be heard and the incorrect letter will be circled in red and moved back up to the top of the card. Students can then try again and drag another letter to the submarine and click the Submit button again.
Please note: The letter X picture is an ending sound, not a beginning sound. Please let your students know this prior to playing the deck.

You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (a form of play that gives instant feedback to students for self-grading Boom Cards). For assignment options that report student progress back to you, you will need to purchase a subscription.
