- 8 Soundo phonics boards for practicing words.
Alphabet Sounds
In this activity, the play goes counter-clockwise. It is important to pay attention to the arrows when moving around the board. The game is played the same way as it is in What Sound Is It?
What Sound Is It?
In this activity, the goal is to move around the spaces following the arrows. As the player lands on a space, they say the letter sound or word. If they make a mistake, they miss a turn. Players roll a die to advance around the board.
Soundo
This can be played with up to 6 players. The circles are for the markers when starting the game. The object is to move around the board without making a mistake with the letter sounds. If a player lands on the arrow or makes a mistake with the sound he must return to the circle and begin again. If a player passes the arrow, he must return to the nearest set of circles if he makes a mistake. Players roll a die to advance around the board.
Each phonics game board features a different word set or skill.

- tricky words
