Description
Houghton Mifflin's Alphafriends are a collection of characters designed to teach children about the alphabet and the sounds of the letters. They are great tools to help children phonemic awareness and phonics skills. Each Alphafriend has his/her own song to help students learn the sounds of the the letter. A complete list of printable Alphafriend cards are also available on my page. I recommend printing the cards, cutting them out, and then laminating them for longer life. Enjoy!

I love the alphafriends.
Love having the song lyrics all in one place. I cut them out and attached to the back of the 8 1/2 × 11 cards I use for visuals
I was looking for the Alphafriends songs on a minimal amount of pages and this was the best one I could find. I give them to the kiddos to use with their puppets at home and this was the best resource without using too much paper. Thank you!
