Description

Anecdotal notes are such an important part of how I get to know my students and make informed decisions about future instruction. I use one of these anecdotal notes templates every day in my classroom to stay organized (and sane), and to keep track of student data and information. And because the checklist doubles as a grade book, I’ve significantly cut down on the time I spend doing report cards every quarter. These blank templates allow YOU to write the objectives for your classroom so you can assess the standards you need in an organized way with any subject and any teaching setting.

This resource has been so great for distance learning and using Google Classroom. I can just copy and past my feedback and comments to the students from Google Classroom to this document and save for later. I plan to continue to use this when I am back in the classroom.
