Description
๐พ Welcome to the Animal Number Adventure! ๐พ Let's compare numbers with cute animals!
Hello little explorer! ๐ง๐ง
Today, weโre going to have fun with animals and numbers! ๐ถ๐ฑ๐๐ฆ
The animals are playing together in the jungle, on the farm, and even in the zoo. But guess what? They want YOU to help them compare how many of each animal there are!
Donโt worry โ itโs easy and fun! ๐
๐ง What will we learn?
We will learn how to compare numbers by looking at two groups of animals. Then we will choose the correct symbol:
- > means greater than โ that group has more animals.
- < means less than โ that group has fewer animals.
- = means equal to โ both groups have the same number of animals!
๐ฏ Letโs see an example:
Imagine we see:
- ๐ต 4 monkeys
- ๐ 6 elephants
We ask: โWho are more? Monkeys or elephants?โ
Since 6 is more than 4, we say:
4 < 6
So, monkeys < elephants.
Great job! ๐
๐พ Why do we use animals?
Because animals are fun!
When you see cute lions, silly monkeys, or happy bear, it makes learning more exciting.
You can even pretend youโre at the zoo or on a safari while you work on your worksheet.
So, as you compare the numbers, imagine:
- The monkeys are jumping,
- The lions are roaring,
And they all want to know: โDo we have more friends than them?โ
๐ Letโs get started!
Pick up your pencil, look carefully at the numbers next to each animal, and choose the correct sign:
(more), < (less), or = (same)!
Remember: Youโre the animal number expert now! ๐ฆ๐ต๐ถ
Have fun and donโt forget to smile while you learn! ๐๐
