Have littles that need to learn that information text use labels? This is the simple example students can label themselves. Also, it is useful to help explain how scientists label their diagrams and take notes.

We used this after listening to a non-fiction book about apples. Students were able to apply what they learned from the book to labeling their apple. Great resource!
