Description

I use this skills procedure checksheet to assign my students to practice this skill and sign them off when competent.

I teach like this:

  1. Show students how to do the skill either by performing it myself or showing a video
  2. First "S" column, student perform the skill, checking themselves off on the skill
  3. Second "S" column, student performs the skill with a classmate
  4. Third "S" column, student performs the skill with a student evaluating them and giving feedback
  5. "T" column, if ready, the student will give sheet to teacher for performance assessment. (*if not ready, student can practice as much as they want!) If unsuccessful, they are given a new sheet to practice some more!

It is a Google Doc so you can edit any way you would like too! Add steps or delete some! Make the font bigger or smaller, change the colors, convert it to a PDF or Word document! Make it yours and usable for your lab, your CIP, and students!
