Description
An introductory 14 page lesson on basic geometric formulas. The lesson introduces the formulas for finding perimeter, circumference and area of shapes. 12 additional supporting slides to be used as a student worksheet follow the 14 page lesson. Students will measure these shapes to find the perimeter, circumference and area. These shapes coincide with the original 14 slides. Print using 6 PowerPoint slides back to back. This worksheet will maintain individual student involvement during the presentation. Works great! I have used this teaching method for over 10 years.
