Looking to engage students and infuse your class with technology? Try this matching card activity. Students practice finding the area arc length in circles in this matching card set which students will access online. Included are 16 pairs of matching cards. Half the cards have a diagram of a circle with arc indicated and the other half a solution. Students will find the length, look for the answer on one of the cards and then drag/cut/page it to the correct place.

When students have finished, they can take the 4 question quiz online to check their understanding. Teachers will be able to use this info for a grade or just a gauge of understanding. This Google activity will give students much needed practice.

I have also included a form that students can record their answers for each graph. Once the activity is finished, I like to review this form to see which problems caused the most problem and show to the whole class as a warm up or exit ticket.
