Description

This center provides practice creating arrays and writing matching number sentences.

Players roll a die to know how many rows to include and how many objects should be in each row. Next, they must write a matching number sentence. Once the board is full, players add up together the products from their own arrays. Whoever has the largest sum wins the game and saves the city!

This set includes:
student friendly directions
Example game board to show how to play
3 different versions of the game board (To help save on ink)
Colored and Black and White versions

Interpret products of whole numbers, e.g., interpret 5 × 7 as the total number of objects in 5 groups of 7 objects each. For example, describe a context in which a total number of objects can be expressed as 5 × 7.
