Teachers have said:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "I was able to use this activity to differentiate for my students in the classroom that are on different learning levels. For the lower levels I was able to help them see the repeated addition problems that are represented by the array and for the higher students I was able to have them use multiplication instead of repeated addition."
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "This is a great resource! I got it for my student teacher to use specifically and it was informative enough for her not to need me to explain so much! "
This unit is aligned to Common Core Standard 2.OA.C.4: "Use addition to find the total number of objects arranged in rectangular arrays with up to 5 rows and up to 5 columns; write an equation to express the total as a sum of equal addends."
