Artic-Tac-Toe is an interactive therapy activity for speech-sound production. This product comes in multiple interactive formats, including Google Slides (see thumbnail #2), Digital PDF (see thumbnail #3), and Printable Mini versions (see thumbnail #4).

Each Artic-Tac-Toe packet targets a speech sound across positions. This packet targets /R/ in prevocalic and intervocalic positions, in addition to /R/ blends. This allows for focused practice at the word level, with built-in play-based reinforcement throughout the activity. You can expand words into sentences and stories from each tic-tac-toe grid.

HOW TO USE:

Google Slides: You’ll need a Google account to save them to your Drive. When prompted, click “make your own copy”. Check out the movable X/O pieces you can use while in editing mode! We recommend duplicating each slide before you use it so you have an original version to refer back to. You may download this as a PPT, if preferred (File > Download > PPT).

Digital PDF: You can also use this PDF and make X/O digital annotations with your computer or tablet. You can also print a high-quality paper version to use, laminate, or put in dry erase sheets.

Mini Printables: Lastly, you can print this packet to use with pen and paper! We have included black-and-white mini printables at the end to reduce paper/ink usage. They also serve as coloring pages!
