Description
Targeting "tr" in word initial position is fun with low-prep, active, engaging therapy games! This resource includes two therapy games for individual or group speech therapy targeting word initial "tr".
⭐ Triple Triangles is a memory matching game. Print, and cut three copies of the triple triangles and laminate for durability.
⭐ Place all cards face down on the table. Each player takes turns flipping three cards, attempting to match all three. When three cards are matched the player keeps the cards in his/her pile. If no match is made, the cards are returned face down to their original places. the player with the most triple card sets at the end of the game is the winner!
⭐ Tromp the Triangles is an active game that will help your little ones get their wiggles out while still producing your targets.
⭐ The object of the game is to step on the triangles and produce the target words. Play it like musical chairs, walking on the triangles and stopping to produce a target when the music stops. Or, roll a die to see how many "tromps" to take before stopping to produce the target. Other ways to play include a mother-may-I approach, asking how many "tromps" to take, or a Simon Says approach, telling the players "Simon says take two tromps". There are so many fun ways to play!
➜ Includes 12 target words, each provided in color and b/w. You will receive a PDF containing 2 color pages and 2 b/w pages (with 6 cards on each page) for Tromp the Triangles and 1 color and 1 b/w page for Triple Triangles. A one page instruction page/word list for each game is also provided for a total of 8 pages.
