Description
Your professor may not be the first point of contact every time you run into an issue with your class or homework. For some university students, it may be difficult to know who to ask for help or where to look to get their questions answered. This packet aims to teach learners to identify common situations in which they would need to ask for help, why it important to ask for help, and the most appropriate ways to ask their professors or teachers for help. I have used this packet in the past with university students on the Autism Spectrum.
Included in this pack:
- 1 handout on how to ask your professors for help with email examples in pdf format
- 1 worksheet with practice scenarios in pdf format
- 1 handout with decision trees for common help scenarios in pdf format
- 1 tracker sheet to monitor learner progress in pdf format
