Description
I use this document for the student that struggles with organization and completion of assignments and homework. I put these sheets in a binder and the student is responsible for having each of his/her teachers fill in the cells for that class period. The student is responsible for filling in the homework cell. The tracking teacher follows this students progress in other classes by doing a daily binder check. This is a wonderful tool for special education teachers and transition coordinators. This also develops increased communication between the student's teachers and the student himself/herself. I use this document as part of my data collection when students have transition IEPs requiring progress in organization and/or self-advocacy skills.
