These Atomic Structure Boom Cards™ are a fun and engaging way to quickly assess your students on parts of an atom. There are 24 science task cards that have students identifying parts of an atom and elements based on their structure and information given in a periodic square. Boom Cards™ are no-prep, highly engaging, self-checking digital task cards that can be used over and over again. Boom Cards are great paperless practice for in the classroom, homework or for distance learners.

- protons, neutrons and electrons
- identifying atoms based on structure
- identifying atoms based on periodic square
- isotope, ion
- electron shells, valence electrons

You will receive a link to the task cards on the Boom Learning website when you download this resource. You will be asked to sign in to your account or create a free account. All purchased decks can be found in your Library. Boom Cards are accessed and used on the Boom Learning website. There is no need to download, save, or print.
*please note that this product is for access to the Boom Cards only- no printables will be included. A Google digital task card version with printables can be found HERE.
Using Boom Cards:
To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options, you'll need a premium account.
