These affirmation notes are an easy way to spread kindness in your classroom during the month of August. Simply print the affirmation note and have students customize it.

Templates include: classmate, parent, sibling, friend, teacher, and student. In my classroom, I have students randomly select another classmate's name each month and write them an affirmation. I then display all notes on a bulletin board in my classroom. My students love reading each other's affirmations! I then give students an additional affirmation of their choosing to deliver to someone special.

Print on card stock, on colored paper, or attach a piece of candy to add variety.
