Description

This thematic unit is a celebration of brilliant and beautiful brains and individuals. Using neurodiversity-affirming language and themes, students start by learning what Autism is and how our brains help us every day. Students can engage in meaningful discussion and learning about inclusion and everyone's unique identities through differentiated tasks and activities. This resource can be used in general education and special education classrooms.
