Description
This illustrated & interactive Google Slides lesson is aiming to use age-accessible language to increase understanding and acceptance of students with autism spectrum disorder, fostering support and kindness in the school environment.
Although many non-profit organizations have done a great job spreading awareness about this condition, misconceptions, labeling, and rejection is still a major issue in school settings. A big part of this issue is the lack of age-appropriate materials to educate even young children on what is autism and why some students act differently than a neurotypical child. Most of the text in the presentation is editable and will allow you to customize the information provided to your population's level of understanding.

Get a FREE copy of "Let's talk about Tricky people", an illustrated & age-appropriate Google Slides story talking about grooming and predators.
This little Google Slides story aims to talk to children about grooming and predators without scaring the daylights out of them or robe them of their innocence. This topic might seem intimidating to approach with children, and it could be especially hard to find the age-appropriate words. So this story offers the perfect visual context for discussing private parts, keeping secrets, safety strategies (No-Go-Tell), as well as preparing kids to know that body safety rules should not be broken by anyone, no matter how close they are to the child.
