Description

If you are a teacher who has to track durations of behaviors, but never seem to have enough sticky notes, or be able to remember where you stuck them, then this is the thing for you!

This product uses Google Forms linked to a Google sheet to automate input of the time a behavior started, the time it ended, and anecdotal data.

This could be for tracking challenging behaviors and possible antecedents, student on task time, reading stamina, independent work duration, and more. Any time you need to document the length of time something is taking place, and a note about it!

I have used this in my own classroom by linking the START and STOP forms to QR codes that I have placed around my room. When I need to start the "timer", I can scan it with my phone, type the time in, and I'm done. All I have to do is scan the STOP code when the time comes and put in that time, then it all goes into the easy to read graph.

If you work with other adults, they can scan the code, as well, and everyone can take on the job of keeping that duration data!

*Please note: I have never used this system outside of my own classroom, so if there are any glitches, please let me know and I will fix them for you to download the file again.

Thanks for being awesome!
