Description

I created this Excel Workbook because I was having a hard time keeping track of specific student behavior totals. For example: how many times Johnny has not turned in his homework or failed a test.

All I have to do is enter the date of the infraction in the correct cell and it keeps track of the totals for me.

Whenever a parent comes in, or we have a student meeting, all I need to do is print the selected cells for the student and it gives me a comprehensive list of the problems this student has been having.

It is editable to your needs but the behaviors in my workbook are:
Tardy
Absent
Didn't Turn in Homework
Didn't turn in Assignment
Failed Test
Failed Benchmark
Rude in Class
Sleeping in Class
Not paying attention
Not completing classwork
Had to make Parent Contact

You can make a separate "sheet" in Excel for every student you teach or just for the more challenging students that you teach!

It was easy to use and make personal for each of my students. This was a quick way to make the notes of how many times I needed to remind students of expectations.
