Use as a simple way to spot check with your students. They come on four per page (See color options below) with two options:

1. I need help and I can do this

OR

2. I need help, I can do this, and I can teach others!

Simply cut out and laminate. Each square in the bottom corner is meant for the stars on the last page. In each square, put a little piece of velcro so students can simply stick the star where they feel they are on the scale when asked to.

This allows you to quickly walk around and write down who needs help and pull them for assistance.
