Description
This tool can be used to help guide your focus as you plan eLearning opportunities for your students. It can be used alongside your preferred mode of teaching and organizing or sent to families as a guide for each learning opportunity you present. Showing your thinking, with clear expectations and curricular connections, will allow your families to support their children at home.
To use the template, ensure that you are working in Microsoft Word. The template has built in drop-down menus to provide quick transitions when creating new opportunities for your learners. It provides areas to outline how you want your students to engage with the opportunity, how to send information back to you about their engagement, and how we can work together with students and their families.
As well, there is an area for the curriculum, additional resources, and a single-point rubric that can be used to help your families communicate the strengths and stretches of their child for the opportunity provided.
Please visit the Math & ELA Opportunities Template to download a separate document for just the template.
