Update Version 3.0 - This updated version of the Google Sheet includes new features to make tracking and organizing your ABA documentation even easier:
Reauthorization Chart Upgrade: Now includes a section to add the type of assessment you’ll be conducting.
Automated Billable Hours: Dropdown menus are auto-filled based on entries in the billable hours chart.
Age Calculator: Quickly calculate your client’s age in years and months.
RBT Information Tracker: A new section to record RBT recertification dates, which activates a countdown to help you stay on track.
Authorization To-Do List: Includes a countdown feature to manage upcoming authorizations effectively. (10/20/2024)
Update Version 2.6 - We've added a new section to help you track reauthorization dates more easily. Simply enter the expired reauth date, and the sheet will calculate the date exactly six months from that point, generating the next reauth date for you. (08/14/24)
Update Version 2.5 - I've added a separate section for supervised hours input and introduced monthly tracking charts with accompanying graphs. The layout has been optimized for better user experience, offering educators a more efficient tool for managing and analyzing their supervisory responsibilities.
