This COLOR MAT is designed to be used with a programmable BEE-BOT robot. It is a great way to combine coding with a unit about colors. Exercise counting and color recognition while having fun programming the robot.

The set  includes:

19  squares sized 15cm x 15cm with each color

1 “Beehive/ Start” square sized 15cm x 15cm

19 matching cards (picture and word)

How to build the mat:

Cut each square and tape them together to form the mat to be used by BeeBot. If possible, laminate to secure everything in place.

How to play:

Students pick up a card and they will have to create the algorithm and program BeeBot to move to the corresponding color.
