• EDITABLE VERSION - The Editable version is created in PowerPoint, and is very easy to type in chart information. "Communication Log" and "Student" are embedded as images, so you don't even have to bother downloading and installing fonts!

• PRINTABLE VERSION - A PDF is included for easy printing. With this version, it is easy to write down information in the chart. I also use this format digitally on my iPad through PDF markup apps.
