In second grade, students must master number and operations in base ten, operations and algebraic thinking, measurement and data, as well as geometry concepts, by the end of the year. These math exit tickets should be distributed shortly after a lesson is taught in order to assess if independent work should be assigned. If a concept has not yet been mastered, differentiated instruction must be implemented!
