Sort word problems into categories based on operation type (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction) and then solve.

ACTIVITY 2: Breaking Down Word Problems...Is it Multiplication or Divison?

Determine the parts of word problems (parts, total) and write the correct equation and answer for the word problem.

ACTIVITY 3: Animal Equation Solving

Solve each equation two ways and write a word problem representing the equation.

ACTIVITY 4: Ways to Show Multiplication Poster

Create a poster with several different ways to show multiplication along with a word problem.

ACTIVITY 5: Word problem spinner/ generator

Create multiplication word problems based on the emoji and numbers you spin!
