Description

These writing tasks enable students to connect with The House on Mango Street. Students will write, reflecting the style and characteristics of a vignette. Additionally, students will connect with the reading by reflecting upon many of the same themes addressed in the novella.

  • Modified copies of writing tasks are provided to use as needed for ELLs and Special Education students that may need the tasks broken down.
  • Grading Rubric is provided.
