Back To School Shape & Color Matching File Folder Game Bundle | Early Learning Activities:

This Back To School Themed file folder game bundle is a unique set of 3 fun colorful activities! Two of the file folder games are shape and color matching activities and the other one is a school item identifying and matching file folder game.

All 3 of these games will help your students with fine motor practice as they find the matching items, colors and shapes and match them together.

Objective: To help your students identify and name 10 different shapes and colors and match them together. These activities will also help your students learn how to identify alike and not alike items as well as identify characteristics that make certain items match and characteristics that make items not match.

Prep: These file folder games are simple to download and print. Once printed you will attach 2 pages with a border around them to the file folders as well as the front cover pages. After that cut out and laminate the flashcards for these activities. Once that is done I recommend putting a velcro dot somewhere around each shape/school themed item on each file folder game as well as on the back of each flashcard. This will make the matching process easier for both you and your students as well as make storing the activities easier!

Directions: Once the file folders are put together your students will identify and match the shapes and colors together for 2 of the file folder games. For the other file folder game your students will name each item on the flashcards and then match it to the item silhouette that is attached to the file folder.
